IWT’s auto feed production weld head is rugged enough to take on your large volume production needs. It can be easily mounted to CNC controlled gantry systems. Robotic arms or a linear slides for custom applications. The weld head is available in contact, gap, or drawn configurations. It’s compact design allows studs to be welded as close as 1/2” inch from a return. Collets, feed pistons, and drop tubes are easily changeable with minimal tools.
