The IWT-G1 gun is designed to weld non-ferrous metals, like aluminum and brass. It is a rugged mechanical gun that alleviates the overheating problems commonly associated with solenoid gap systems. The IWT-G1 gun is specifically designed to be easy to set up and use. An adjustable leg set allows for rapid changes in fastener length. Spring pressure is easily adjusted for fastener materials. The IWT-G1 gun is molded from fiber-reinforced plastic and is fully insulated. The ergonomic handle is designed to eliminate operator fatigue.
Gun will ship with the Amphenoal Male Control Connector (8-361-1026ND) and SK-50 Dinse Connector (DIX SK 50). Other connectors available upon request.
